Prof. H. Armanu Toyib, S.E, M.Sc, Ph.D, mengenyam Pendidikan di Pondok Modern Gontor Alumni Tahun 1973, Pendidikan Sarjana ditempuh di Universitas Brawijaya Malang Tahun lulus 1981 dan Pendidikan Magister dan Doktornya beliau tempuh di Universitas Central Luzon State Filipina.
Kini beliau menjabat sebagai Ketua Senat Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang.
